Ideas for teamwork project and personality tests
To help better understand our teammates we did the Briggs-Myers personality test and the Belbin roles test to figure out our roles in the group. My group included an ENFP team worker, an ISFP completer and an INFP Analyst. I am the INFP analyst. I was 80% Introverted, 54% Intuitive, 63% Feeling, 51% Prospecting and 85% Turbulent. The test says that I am a diplomat, and my strategy is constant improvement and the biggest percentage in the Belbin's roles test was Analyst. I think these results are somewhat accurate, but we discussed that they could depend on how you answer the questions or how you are feeling. Also, some of the questions were up for multiple interpretations so it was a bit hard to answer those. I feel like some of the results were quite generalised. However, from the results, it seems like our team will be quite balanced.

We then got some time to further discuss our ideas for the project. We shared different games (for example Monument valley and dancing line), and we ended up agreeing on making a rhythm game with a bit of a storyline. We then tried to think of some themes for the game and looked up some rhythm games for inspiration (for example Friday Night Funkin'). The ideas we came up with included a cooking theme, a car journey theme, a cave/crystal theme, a martial arts theme and a rap/dance theme. The rap dance theme is used a lot for rhythm games, so we decided against that and then we each chose our favourites from the list, the themes we liked the most were the martial arts and cooking themes. So, we decided that we could combine the two themes. We then did some further research on cooking rhythm games in particular and saw some interesting examples.
