Importance of dreams/meditating&Dreamcore

Many sources including the Sleepfoundation highlight the importance of sleeps and dreams.

"Dreams are images, thoughts, or feelings that occur during sleep." Which occasionally involve elements of past memories. Dreams are a part of sleep that is associated with the processing of things that have happened, they are taught to give your brain a chance to recap these events.
