Testing my animations in Unity


I tested my animations in Unity using this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlO0XlqZFBo&ab_channel=Imphenzia 

I will need to change the scripts because I want the character to move from tile to tile for the puzzle levels but I just wanted to test that the animations work and see how they look. 

I also know there is a problem with the character's leaf hair, I tried exporting it again from Blender with the modifiers applied but it didn't change anything so I will try again another time. The moment where the character rolls forward for a second is down to user error.

Another thing I need to figure out is how to layer the different animations because I'm not sure how I will make the character blink while moving. 

I will also need to start making the gameplay elements, I used the tile script previously and adjusted it to be checkered (since the method in the video didn't work) but I'm not sure if this is the best way to make the tiles for my game since I have also seen a different video that shares another method of making a  3D tile grid, I will test this other tutorial and see which method works best and adapt it to suit my puzzle.
