Looking at tutorials for 360 panoramic in unity/blender/unreal

Unreal Engine 5 360 Panoramic EASY! | No coding No Plugins - YouTube This video shows how to make a 360 render in unreal engine, this process seems quite simple and easy to understand however the only problem is I have never used unreal before. 

I tried to find a similar tutorial for unity however I had been searching "360 videos" rather than "360 panoramas", so I finally managed to find some but not exactly what I am looking for.

How to Render 360 Video with Unity: 360 Panorama Capture Free - YouTube This video shows how to use a unity asset (which is no longer available since the video was from 5 years ago) to create a 360 panorama capture. This video isn't really useful since it's the same sort of thing that could be done in blender. It does however share the page from youtube about 360 videos. Which is uploading the metadata using python script like in the other videos I have seen. There is also the option of using a metadata app. 

The current Youtube support page: Upload 180- or 360-degree videos - YouTube Help (google.com) also lists the option of using premier pro Learn about VR editing in Premiere Pro (adobe.com) to convert the video to something that can be uploaded to Youtube or used for VR. 

To note- A lot of this information doesn't seem to be super recent, the majority of it is from 2015-2017, so things have potentially changed since then, but it seems strange that they would not be updated on the official youtube support page. Perhaps there are other ways to do it? 

The page about editing VR in premiere pro also mentions that you can actually use a headset while editing, which is cool. The video showing how to make a panorama in unreal uses Adobe media encoder, so maybe using adobe is a simpler method than the metadata injection method.
